30 Day Blog Challenge!

Day 25- Someone who fascinates you and why.

Hey guys sorry its been a while since I've written things just have been a little hectic in this household! LOL! First it was Valentines Day which i was treated to our favorite place to go eat and we came back home had some ice cream and just watched movies together! It was wonderful! Then next thing you know it was March! My Birthdayyyy! LOL! My birthday was awesome! Honey took me out to this really nice and fancy Italian Restaurant! It was amazing! I had such a wonderful time! Anyways, back to the main point of the blog. 30 Day Blog Challenge wants me to write about someone who fascinates me and why. WOW! Not really sure how to answer this one. I haven't really sat down and thought about who fascinates me! LOL! But i will try anything once! So here it goes!

Well  after a couple of days contemplating i finally found the person who fascinates me and why. It is Nancy Reagan! Some of you know her as the first lady. Since i was too young to know her as the first lady of the United States of America, i know her as a woman who was married to Ronald Reagan. This woman since i was a little girl intrigued me. There was always something about her that i just loved. When i became older in life i realized what it was. It was her personality. The way she carried herself. The way she interacted with people that she knew and didn't know. Reading about her just made me more fascinated! Nancy is the woman that all girls and women should look up for guidance, poise, strength, and independence because let me tell you she as it all and then some. This woman not only had all those amazing qualities but for real she even knew how to dress even before she was the first lady! This woman dressed and still dresses so modestly and classy! I love it! she really is a great role model for girls and women everywhere! 

Another reason Nancy fascinates me is her love for her husband. Her love for her husband was and is the strongest I've ever seen(except for my Grandma and Grandpas of course!) She stood behind him all the way until the very end. Through all the stress and chaos that presidency threw at them! They still managed to stay together and make their marriage work! Back when i was reading about her and doing research on her i came across a quote she had said a long time ago about her husband Ronnie! I will never forget it! Here it is: “ I've said it before and I’ll say it again: My life didn't really begin until I met Ronnie.” – Nancy Reagan. What a beautiful quote! When i read that quote for the first time it gave me goosebumps because i honestly without a doubt feel the same way about Billy! Its amazing! I will always remember that quote until the day i die! Definitely one of my Top quotes of all time! :)

This couple is one of my Top inspirational couples of all time! What they had together went over and beyond a marriage. They had a friendship! And you seen that every time they were together! Their love for one another was seen in their eyes and their smiles! All you had to do was just look at a picture of them and you could read that they were in love just by looking at that picture! That's the kind of love i wanted as a child growing up! And that's the kind of love and relationship i have! We know each other so well and Nancy and Ronnie had that same thing! Charlton Heston said "Their love was probably the greatest love affair in the history of the American Presidency.” And i honestly believe that! I mean no one has to sit around and justify their love because they already did that just by looking at the pictures. Here are some more of them! Take a look yourself! 

Beautiful pictures! Just beautiful! I mean don't get me wrong I'm sure they had their ups and downs and arguments and things like that! But what couple and doesn't?!? I mean things happen! I'm just here to let you know they got through it! And if their marriage can survive all the stress and day to day duties of being a president and first lady then by God all the marriages around the United States can survive anything! This couple I'm telling you is the couple to look up to!

Nancy Reagan Is one of my Top idols and inspirational people! I have always looked up to her as a child and i will continue to look up to her until the day i die! She is a remarkable, Strong, Intelligent woman that I've ever researched! Her life and legacy will always live on even after she is gone! My children will know this woman and what she stands for! My daughter will know this woman and i hope she sees what i see when she gets older because i want my daughter to not only look up to me but to look up to someone who is an extraordinary woman with grace and poise! 

Nancy Reagan even though you will never read this i just want you to know that i thank you! I thank you for the person you are and the woman you are! You have taught me so well in how to act, think, and carry myself! You're my role model and inspiration! Even in this picture you are still beautiful and absolutely stunning! You will always be my first lady in my book and in my heart! :)
